Mr. Schiff is from the Columbus area and obtained his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1986. Following law school, he worked directly for the late Jerome Schottenstein and then for Jay Schottenstein. Armed with advanced knowledge and experience of over 25 years, Mr. Schiff founded Schiff Capital Group. Schiff Capital Group is a privately held real estate and investment firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Schiff Capital specializes in buying, selling, and developing properties, obtaining and providing financing, and using its extensive experience to structure complex real estate deals and business transactions.

Gabe Sirkin - Principal - Solomon Acquisitions

Gabe Sirkin is a commercial real estate developer with a passion for finding opportunities and building relationships around those opportunities. A born entrepreneur, Gabe has a deep understanding of all aspects of the real estate cycle, while specializing in acquisitions and development. He has completed more than $150 MM in deal volume and predominantly focuses in the retail sector (nationwide) and urban residential sector (Pittsburgh). Prior to forming Solomon Acquisitions, Gabe served in a retail brokerage role working almost exclusively with retail developers; he became the Director of Restaurant Leasing at Starwood Retail. Gabe has owned and self-managed a small multi-family portfolio as well as formed a short-term rental management company.
